The Abundant Shrine (Japanese: ほうじょうの社 Fertility Shrine) is a location within the eastern half of the Unova region. It is connected to Route 14 at its southern exit and can only be accessed via Surf and Waterfall. The land surrounding the actual shrine is a field of mounds of soil and a few bodies of water.
Upon entering the area and seeing the shrine for the first time, some kids will be arguing over the Forces of Nature, and will tell the player the story of Landorus, the embodiment of fertility. Landorus itself can be battled here if Tornadus and Thundurus are in the player's party and one of them is originally from the player's game. This means that either a Tornadus or Thundurus from the opposite version must be traded to the game to encounter Landorus.
In Black 2 and White 2, if Landorus is brought in its Therian Forme to the shrine, an old man will give a brief history lesson on the three Pokémon and give the player a Reveal Glass which is used to switch the Forces of Nature between their Therian and Incarnate Formes.
