Mr. Sukizō (Japanese: スキゾーさん Sukizō-san) is the president of the Pokémon Fan Club and one of the judges for Pokémon contests along with Mr. Contesta and Nurse Joy. He is voiced by 園部好徳 Yoshinori Sonobe in Japanese and by Darren Dunstan (AG013-AG145) and Craig Blair (AG146-present) in English.
His appearance resembles that of a male PokéFan, which may have served as inspiration for his design.
Sukizō is a man of few words as the only thing he ever seems to say is "I like it" (好きですね). In the English adaptation of the series, his phrase is "remarkable".
Name origin
The "Suki" part of his name means 好き Like, so that's why he says "I like it" in Japanese.
