The Big Mushroom (Japanese: おおきなキノコ Big Mushroom) is a valuable item introduced in Generation II. In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, it can be exchanged for a Move Reminder's service.
In the core series games
Price
In the Generation V games, the Big Mushroom can be sold to the gourmet maniac on Route 5 for $5,000.
In the Generation VIII games, the Big Mushroom can be sold to the valuable item buyer in Stow-on-Side for $10,000.
Effect
In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, a Big Mushroom can be given to the Move Reminder on Two Island to relearn one move for one Pokémon.

In Defending the Homeland!, Clemont mentioned having used Big Mushrooms as a part of the new food he had just made for the group.
Big Mushrooms first appeared in Treasure Hunt, Akala Style!. Mallow found them during a Stoutland Search treasure hunt set up for Ash and his classmates by Olivia.
In A Recipe for Success!, Mallow got some dried-up Big Mushrooms from Oranguru to be used at Aina's Kitchen.

A Big Mushroom appeared in A Week to Go and Old Wounds, where Shoko gave it to one of her Patrat to hold while demonstrating Black her Marvelous Bridge Partrat Show.
