Jubilife TV (Japanese: テレビコトブキ Kotobuki TV) is a television station headquartered in Jubilife City, Sinnoh. It broadcasts the television programs seen throughout the Sinnoh region. The building is a noticeable big, white and cube-shaped building located in the northern section of the city.
The building itself is not accessible until after the player has obtained the Coal Badge and defeated the Team Galactic Grunts to the north of the city; until this point, a Pokétch campaign Clown will block the entrance.

Trainers
A Trainer appears in the lobby and can be fought once a day in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. The Trainer that appears depends on the current day of the week. In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, if the game is saved in the lobby, the previous Trainer will still be there and can be battled on the other days until the player leaves; in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, the Trainer will update when the game is loaded, even if the player saved in the lobby.
There are no Trainers in Jubilife TV in Pokémon Platinum; these Trainers instead appear in various Pokémon Centers after obtaining the Vs. Seeker and grow stronger as player progresses through the game.

Pokémon Lottery Corner
- Main article: Pokémon Lottery Corner
The Pokémon Lottery Corner is located on the ground floor of the Jubilife TV building, where it is conducted by a receptionist named Felicity. The winning ID number changes daily, and the game looks for matches by examining the IDs of all Pokémon in the player's party and in all PC boxes (but not Pokémon in the Day Care).
In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, the player may only check for matches once a day, and this occurs at the same time that they are told what the winning ID is. This is changed in Pokémon Platinum so that the player may check for matches multiple times in one day; however, after winning a prize, they may not participate again for the rest of the day. In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, the player is required to save immediately before drawing their number, and can only check for matches once per day.
Once all of the Backdrops have been won, the player will no longer be able to win for matching only one digit in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. The Backdrops that the player can win are Ranch, City at Night, Snowy Town, Fiery, Outer Space, Cumulus Cloud, Desert, Flower Patch, Future Room, Open Sea, Total Darkness, Tatami Room, and Gingerbread Room.
2F
In the main area, a man will give the player an accessoryDPPt/StickersBDSP, depending on the starter Pokémon they started with. In Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, he gives the player a mask based on their starter Pokémon; in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, he gives the player three Stickers corresponding to their starter Pokémon's type.
Gallery
The gallery directly adjoins the main area of 2F.
In Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, the gallery displays photos of dressed-up Pokémon. The player can use the Fitting Room in the gallery to dress up their Pokémon with accessories, and then can choose to display a photo of that dressed-up Pokémon in the gallery. When the player mixes records with another player, that other player's saved dress-up photo is added to the player's gallery. After dressing up a Pokémon and taking a photo, an Interviewer will appear outside of the entrance to the gallery to ask the player about the photo.
In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, the gallery displays the Stickers used by each of the Gym Leaders that the player has defeated. The player can use these displays to copy a Gym Leader's Ball Capsule to their own Ball Capsule, provided they have the required Stickers. The Fitting Room is replaced with an additional gallery room that displays Stickers used by the Elite Four and Champion, which is blocked off by a Hiker until the player enters the Hall of Fame.

Ranking Rooms
On the third floor there are two rooms off-shooting from the main room: the Group Ranking Room and the Global Ranking Room, which detail rankings from players in the player's group and all players, respectively. There are three machines in each room, each detailing different concepts to be ranked in. These two rooms are replaced by a single machine in Indigo Plateau in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver.

TV producer
- Main article: Danny (Jubilife TV)
A man in the yellow-carpeted area is a TV producer who will ask the player for their opinion about TV. Telling this man a specific phrase will unlock Mystery Gift.
Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum
In Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, the player provides an answer using the easy chat system. To unlock Mystery Gift, they must tell the producer "EVERYONE HAPPY" followed by "Wi-Fi CONNECTION". Additionally, certain phrases that vary based on game version, language, and Trainer ID number can be told to the TV producer to unlock special wallpapers; the passwords can be retrieved from the Daisuki Club website or Filb.de's secret phrase generator.
These are the phrases in each language that the player has to tell the TV producer to unlock Mystery Gift in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
|
This section is incomplete. Please feel free to edit this section to add missing information and complete it. Reason: Full list of possible stickers; version that Spark Sticker C was added to list; version that Blazing Sticker A bug was fixed
|
In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, the TV producer instead asks what the player's favorite show on Jubilife TV is from a selection of three random show titles, and initially, "EVERYONE HAPPY WI-FI CONNECTION" as a fourth option.
If the player tells the TV producer "EVERYONE HAPPY WI-FI CONNECTION", he unlocks Mystery Gift for the player, and the phrase is no longer an option to tell him. Even if the player has already told him another phrase that day, as long as they have not already told him "EVERYONE HAPPY WI-FI CONNECTION", they can still interact with him again with that as the only possible option.
If the player tells the TV producer any other phrase, he gives the player 1 or 3 Stickers of a single type. This can only be done once per day, but telling the producer "EVERYONE HAPPY WI-FI CONNECTION" does not count towards this limit.
In version 1.0.0, the script intended to award Burning Sticker A was corrupted, and gave a glitched blank sticker instead.

Programs
- Main article: TV programming in Sinnoh → Jubilife TV programs
Jubilife TV produces many television programs broadcast all around the Sinnoh region, including the Trend Tracker show, Trainer Research, and Sinnoh Now. Each program includes information about events happening around Sinnoh, including swarming Pokémon and weather affecting different routes. They may also contain information about the player which can be customized by speaking to a number of interviewers which can be found scattered around the region. Answers to the interviewers' questions are limited, but more answers can be added by learning trendy phrases in Snowpoint City. At the conclusion of each program, a series of advertisements can be watched.

Pokémon Adventures
In Stagestruck Starly, Diamond and Pearl took part in the Next Generation Comedy Grand Prix, held at Jubilife TV. While their manzai routine went off-script, they were still given a special merit prize. Before they could open the prize envelope and see that it was a free bicycle ride in Sandgem Park, it got accidentally mixed up with Professor Rowan's envelope for Paka and Uji, leading to Diamond and Pearl accompanying Platinum on her journey through Sinnoh.
In All About Arceus IX, the Next Generation Comedy Grand Prix from the beginning of the Diamond & Pearl arc was shown starting at Jubilife TV.
Trivia
- In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, a glitch can occur regarding the Hiker who allows Pokémon to be dressed up. When talking to the Hiker, if a button on the D-pad is pressed so that the player is facing away from the Hiker just before the screen to select which Pokémon will be dressed up opens, the player will not walk on the set path; this can lead to walking through walls or the Hiker, or canceling the action altogether.
