Ramanas Island (Japanese: ハマナスの島 Hamanasu Island) is an island located in the southwestern waters of the Obsidian Fieldlands of Hisui. Sandgem Flats is located across the river from it to the north.

Despite what the name suggests, Ramanas Island's location matches that of Route 220 in modern day Sinnoh, not Ramanas Park.
