Zoey (Japanese: ノゾミ Nozomi) is a Pokémon coordinator and Dawn's rival. She first appeared Mounting a Coordinator Assault. Her Japanese voice actress is 早水リサ Risa Hayamizu and her English voice actress is Emily Williams.

Unlike most rivals, Zoey seems to be kind and helpful towards Dawn, and is greeted as a friend instead of an enemy.

She has a Contest Pass for the Sinnoh region.
