Dragon Cheer (Japanese: ドラゴンエール Dragon Cheer) is a non-damaging Dragon-type move introduced in Generation IX. It is TM226 in Generation IX.
Effect
Dragon Cheer increases the user's allies' critical hit ratio by one stage, or by two stages if allies have the Dragon-type.
Other effects
A Dipplin that knows this move will evolve into Hydrapple when leveled up.
