Burning Jealousy (Japanese: しっとのほのお Flames of Jealousy) is a damage-dealing Fire-type move introduced in Generation VIII. It is TM195 in Generation IX.

Effect

Burning Jealousy inflicts damage to all adjacent opponents and will burn any opponent that has increased its stats during that turn. It ignores stat increases from Imposter when determining whether to burn an opponent.

If the target is weak to Burning Jealousy and is holding a Weakness Policy, determining whether to burn an opponent happens before consuming the Weakness Policy.

If the user has Sheer Force, then the power boost is applied regardless of whether it burns the target or not.

Generation VIII

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

Burning Jealousy cannot be selected in a battle.
