Breaking Swipe (Japanese: ワイドブレイカー Wide Breaker) is a damage-dealing Dragon-type move introduced in Generation VIII. It was TM99 in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
Effect
Breaking Swipe deals damage to all opponents. It lowers the Attack of all targets by one stage.
