Tabitha (Japanese: ホムラ Homura) is one of the Magma Admins of Team Magma.
In the games
Tabitha is a Team Magma admin in the Generation III games.
In Pokémon Sapphire he makes only two cameos, at Meteor Falls and at Seafloor Cavern, alongside Maxie and Courtney.
In Pokémon Ruby the player confronts him twice: the first time he brings to Maxie the Meteorite stolen at Meteor Falls and the player has to battle him before battling Maxie. Later he assists the Magma Leader in stealing the Submarine Explorer 1 and then he must be battled at Magma Hideout.
In Pokémon Emerald he is first met at Mt. Chimney, doing the same task as in Ruby. Tabitha reappears later in the game in the new hideout inside the volcano, before Maxie awakens Groudon. Later, he assists the Magma leader in a tag battle at Mossdeep Space Center against the player and Steven.

In the anime
Tabitha appeared in several episodes of the Pokémon anime.
Due to a dubbing error, Tabitha was referred to as 'Field Commander Harland' in his first appearance in A Three Team Scheme. This is also true for his second appearance in The Spheal Of Approval. In his next appearance in Fight for the Meteorite, the error was corrected.
His appearance in the anime is very different from the manga.

In the Pokémon Special manga
In the Pokémon Special manga, Tabitha is one of the FireHeads, Admins of Team Magma - along with Courtney and Mack.
Like all of the FireHeads, Tabitha has a special lighter that can transmit and record images by burning them on paper.
Tabitha's specialty is direct using his Torkoal's smoke to hypnotize and poison.
Ruby and Sapphire were traveling along Route 107 when they encountered Courtney and Tabitha. The two Magma Admins were trying to steal a deep sea scanner from the wreckage of the Abandoned Ship.
Later, Team Aqua used the meteorite to cause Mt. Chimney to cease its activity. Sapphire and Flannery tried to prevent this but failed. Tabitha and Flannery cooperated to destroy Team Aqua's machine, but they were unable to re-start the volcano. However, this incident would later cause Flannery to side with Team Magma when the Gym Leaders of Hoenn wanted to choose sides.
When Maxie attempted to control both Groudon and Kyogre through the Red and Blue Orbs, he discovered that it would be too much for his mental capacities to handle. Therefore he handed the Blue Orb to Tabitha, telling him to suppress Kyogre's will of battling. However, one of the Aqua Admins, Sean, managed to get the orb to Archie.
But this event left a residue effect on Tabitha, as Wallace found out during their battle in the Lilycove Department Store. Even though Tabitha had only touched the orb for a short period, Kyogre's influence still managed to slip through since he did attempt to control the sea titan. Steven managed to knock him out with his Metagross when he attacked Wallace wildly. He, along with most other Team Magma and Aqua members, appears to have disappeared after the Groudon and Kyogre incident, though Flannery has seen him in a crowd in Lavaridge Town once.
