This is a list of themes that have been played in the Indonesian dub of the Pokémon anime.
With the exception of Genesect and the Legend Awakened and Mewtwo Strikes Back—Evolution, the original Japanese or English opening and ending themes were retained. In Pokémon Horizons: The Series, We Go (English Ver.) was used as the opening theme.
