Phoebe (Japanese: フヨウ Fuyou) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Dusclops, and its evolved form Dusknoir. The sync pair can be obtained through the sync pair scout.
Dusclops → Dusknoir
Phoebe's Dusclops and its evolved form Dusknoir appear alongside Phoebe as a sync pair. Dusclops can evolve into Dusknoir once it has reached level 30 through its Sync Pair Story Dusclops's Evolution.
