Description This Gym Leader uses Ghost types and has made a reputation for herself in both contests and Pokémon battles. She is known for her avid study of Pokémon.

Fantina (Japanese: メリッサ Melissa) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Mismagius. This sync pair was first made available on March 19, 2020. This pair can be raised to Masters EX star.png 6★ EX from December 25, 2022.

  • Fantina's English voice actress gives her a French accent, referencing the fact that she tends to use French words and phrases in her dialogue in the English localization of the core series games.

Origin

Fantina's design is based on her appearance in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. Mismagius is Fantina's signature Pokémon in the core series games. Mismagius's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
