Harper (Japanese: ホウ ) and Sarah (Japanese: スイ Sui) are characters appearing in Pokémon Sun and Moon and the Pokémon anime. They are the younger twin sisters of Lana.

In the anime

Harper and Sarah appeared as recurring characters in the Sun & Moon series. They debuted in Yo, Ho, Ho! Go, Popplio!. When Lana brought Ash to her home, she introduced him to her sisters. They immediately took a liking to Ash's Pikachu and started stretching his face, much to his dislike. When they saw Ash, after he and Lana walked into the room that the young girls took Pikachu to, they asked Lana if he was her boyfriend. Lana quickly denied this before Pikachu had enough of Harper's and Sarah's antics and used Thunderbolt to shock them both, as well as Ash, Rowlet, Lana, Lana's Popplio, and the Rotom Pokédex.

Harper and Sarah were mentioned in They Might Not Be Giants! as having been able to ride in one of Popplio's balloons.

In the Poké Problem segment of SM023, Harper and Sarah danced with their sister to the music of DJ Leo and his Alolan Dugtrio.

In Alolan Open House!, they and their mother visited their sister at the Pokémon School. They were excited on seeing all of the Pokémon and are keen to enter the school when they are older.

In The Ol' Raise and Switch!, Harper and Sarah were seen playing on Kiawe's Turtonator when Lana was looking after it. They were jumping on Turtonator's back when they touched its spines, causing them to blow up. The next morning, they assisted Lana by brushing its back.

Harper and Sarah briefly reappeared in Balloons, Brionne, and Belligerence!, where they were shown sleeping.

In The Dex Can't Help It!, Harper and Sarah gathered around a fan, only to be shocked when Rotom appeared inside it.

Harper and Sarah reappeared during a flashback in Tasting the Bitter with the Sweet!, where they told Lana about encountering a Drampa while they were lost in the forest.

In the Poké Problem segment of SM071, Popplio had formed balloons around Harper and Sarah's heads and they pretended to be Dewpider.

In the Poké Problem segment of SM079, Harper and Sarah slept beside their mother while she was watching a Minior shower.

In All They Want to Do is Dance Dance!, Harper and Sarah were used in Lana and Popplio's PokéDance routine during a class at the Pokémon School.

Harper and Sarah reappeared during a flashback in Filling the Light with Darkness!, when Lana revealed how her father was sleeping due to the effects of a Necrozma.

In Lillier and the Staff!, Harper and Sarah watched Lana perform in the school play alongside their mother.

In A Haunted House for Everyone!, Lana and her classmates helped make the Pokémon School a haunted house for Harper and Sarah.

In We Know Where You're Going, Eevee!, Harper and Sarah played with Popplio and Lana's newly caught Eevee before greeting their father as he returned home.

Harper and Sarah will appear again in SM145.

Harper and Sarah enjoy playing with Pokémon as shown in Yo, Ho, Ho! Go, Popplio! where they were pulling on Pikachu's cheeks which resulted in them getting shocked and with Turtonator in The Ol' Raise and Switch! where they were jumping on its back. They also enjoyed to tease her older sister, Lana, such as asking if Ash was her boyfriend, and even after she denied it, continued to ask it. They teased her of having Ash as a boyfriend again in All They Want to Do is Dance Dance!.

The twins often tend to fight over certain things, such as a fan in The Dex Can't Help It! and a Magikarp pillow in the Poké Problem segment of SM094.

A different side to Harper and Sarah was seen in A Haunted House for Everyone!, when Lana managed to scare them by forcefully yelling at them. This has enabled her to control their antics, as seen in the Poké Problem extra scene of the aforementioned episode.
