Description This member of the Elite Four apparently gained the ability to commune and even converse with ghosts, thanks to her training at Mt. Pyre.

Phoebe (Japanese: フヨウ Fuyou) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Dusclops and its evolved form, Dusknoir. This sync pair was first made available since the game release. This pair can be raised to 6★ EX from August 23, 2021.

Dusclops → Dusknoir

Phoebe's Dusclops and its evolved form Dusknoir appear alongside Phoebe as a sync pair. Dusclops can evolve into Dusknoir once it has reached level 30 through its Sync Pair Story Dusclops's Evolution.
