Mustard (Japanese: マスタード Mustard) is a character in The Isle of Armor in Pokémon Sword and Shield. He is a former Champion of the Galar region.

Mustard hosts a dojo dedicated to Pokémon battles on the Isle of Armor. He was Leon's past mentor, and he was also the Galar League Champion for 18 years at some point before him, before Dynamaxing was incorporated into League battles.
