Description | Mallow is a captain on Akala Island in Alola and works at a restaurant where she hones her skills as a chef. Her cooking is unique but popular among some. |
Mallow (Japanese: マオ Mao) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Tsareena. She was first introduced in the story event Rosa's Party. The sync pair can be obtained through the sync pair scout, starting from January 21, 2021.

- The time between Mallow's debut as an NPC and her status as a playable character is the longest in Pokémon Masters EX, at 406 days. She first appeared as an NPC in the Rosa's Party event beginning December 12, 2019; and became playable on January 21, 2021.
