Double Team (Japanese: かげぶんしん Shadow Divide) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation I. It was TM32 from Generation I to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.

Effect

Double Team increases the user's evasion by one stage.

If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Double Team, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.

Double Team can also be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with Agility, Quick Attack and Teleport having their base appeal points doubled if they are used in the next turn.
