Description This member of the Elite Four apparently gained the ability to commune and even converse with ghosts, thanks to her training at Mt. Pyre.

Phoebe (Japanese: フヨウ Fuyou) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Dusclops, and its evolved form Dusknoir. The sync pair can be obtained through the sync pair scout.

Phoebe's Dusclops and its evolved form Dusknoir appear alongside Phoebe as a sync pair. Dusclops can evolve into Dusknoir once it has reached level 30 through its Sync Pair Story Dusclops's Evolution.
