Description | Known for being a bit gruff, the Frontier Brain takes on Trainers and Pokémon with passion. As Factory Head, he also has deep knowledge of Pokémon. |
Noland (Japanese: ダツラ Datsura) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Pinsir, which is capable of Mega Evolving. This sync pair was first made available since the game's release. This pair can be raised to 6★ EX beginning on March 25, 2024.
Noland also forms a sync pair with his Ninjask. This pair can be obtained through a limited variety sync pair scout beginning on October 7, 2023. This pair can be raised to 6★ EX since it first released, though this pair lacks an EX style.

Trivia
- During Two Factory Heads, it is revealed that Noland's Ninjask was originally a rental Pokémon for visitors to Pasio, which Sawyer gave to him after it proved too rowdy to obey anyone else.
Origin
Noland's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Emerald. Pinsir is one of the rental Pokémon that Noland can potentially use in the core series, and is also one of the Pokémon he is shown owning in the anime. Pinsir's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Moon.
Ninjask is also one of the rental Pokémon that Noland can potentially use in the core series. Ninjask's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ruby.
