The sync pair can be obtained through the sync pair scout, starting from February 18, 2021. The pair's potential can be upgraded to 6★ EX since it was first released, which unlocks Piers's EX Style.
Obstagoon
Raising this sync pair to 6★ EX will unlock Song Key 08001, which allows "Battle! (Piers) (Pokémon Masters EX Version)" to be played in the Jukebox.
