This is a list of items by Bag pocket in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

The Bag in Sword and Shield is divided into nine pockets. The table below lists these pockets in the order they appear in the Bag, along with the internal indices that determine which pocket an item belongs in.

In the tables below, "by type" is a value the game uses when sorting the items in a pocket "by type" as of v1.3.2. "Index" is the item's unique index and may be used in the case of ties. Rows highlighted in yellow were introduced in v1.2.0 (the Isle of Armor update), while those highlighted in green were introduced in v1.3.0 (the Crown Tundra update). Rows highlighted in gray do not have individual entries within the item table, and instead point to the entry for None (index number 0).
