Geeta has a caring, wise personality and a calm, pragmatic demeanor. Her goal is to help Trainers throughout the region become stronger. She encourages the player’s growth and supports them in their goal to reach Champion rank. She also encourages their friendly rivalry with [[Nemona]], herself a Champion-ranked Trainer. Nemona admires Geeta, who appears fond of her in turn. Geeta empathizes with Nemona’s desire to find a true rival with whom she doesn’t need to hold back. Being Top Champion, Geeta is highly skilled at Pokémon battles, and holds nothing back in battle. Despite being considered the strongest Trainer in Paldea, however, Geeta admits that Nemona's skill may surpass her own, sensing that Nemona was not battling with all her efforts when she defeated Geeta in the Champion Assessment. | Geeta has a caring, wise personality and a calm, pragmatic demeanor. However, some of the Gym Leaders working under her disapprove of her management style; [[Larry]], who also works as a businessman for the Pokémon League, explicitly does not like Geeta, with one of the reasons being that she does not allow him to specialize in Normal-types as an Elite Four member. [[Katy]], despite praising Geeta's skill, is dissatisfied with having to go easy on her opponents, with Geeta’s reasoning being that Katy's Gym is closest to the academy and thus will be many students’ first major battle. [[Tulip]], meanwhile, says that “[t]hat bewitching aura of [Geeta's] overlaps too much with my own style.” [[Grusha]] gets nervous during her inspections because being a Gym Leader is all he has left due to his career-ending injury while he was a snowboarder. [[Ryme]] is unhappy that Geeta sends the player to meet with her instead of meeting with her directly, though it is unknown what she usually thinks of Geeta. However, [[Brassius]], [[Iono]], and [[Kofu]] all seem to hold no ill will toward her. Geeta annually inspects the Gyms by battling the Gym Leaders at their full strength.
[[Rika]], on the other hand, praises Geeta’s strength, saying that “You won’t find a mightier Champion.” Additionally, as the chairwoman of the academy's school board, she also designed the first floor of the academy when it was renovated, with a focus on filling it with books. | [[Rika]], on the other hand, praises Geeta’s strength, saying that “You won’t find a mightier Champion.” Additionally, as the chairwoman of the academy's school board, she also designed the first floor of the academy when it was renovated, with a focus on filling it with books.

After the player's adventure in [[Area Zero]], Clavell and Nemona decide to host a Pokémon battle tournament to test the player's strength as a Champion. Geeta agrees to give the Pokémon League's support in sponsoring the event, but when Nemona invites Geeta to participate, Geeta is initially unable to do so as she is preoccupied by her imminent Gym inspections. The player agrees to do the inspections in Geeta's stead, giving her time to compete in the event, now named the [[Academy Ace Tournament]], appearing as the player's final opponent when it is held for the first time. After the player becomes Champion of the BB League, Geeta travels to [[Unova]]'s [[Blueberry Academy]] with Rika to ask the player, [[Carmine]] and [[Kieran]]'s assistance in venturing through [[Area Zero]] with [[Briar]]. She gives the player the [[Indigo Disk]] to access the [[Area Zero Underdepths]] before leaving with Rika. Afterwards, Geeta can be invited back to Blueberry Academy as a special coach, where she can be [[rematch]]ed with an altered team. She may also interact with other Trainers in the [[League Club Room]]; in one instance, Geeta, when talking with [[Poppy]], discovers that Poppy is trying to draw a picture of her, which is a nod to Geeta's concept art.<ref>https://web.archive.org/web/20231217021830/https://twitter.com/Lewchube/status/1736207644665221229</ref>

Geeta (Japanese: オモダカ Omodaka) is the chairwoman of the Pokémon League in Paldea, as well as the chairwoman of NaranjaS/Uva Academy'sV school board. She is Paldea's top Champion-ranked Trainer, and is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Top Champion (Japanese: トップチャンピオン Top Champion). Geeta is widely known across Paldea as La Primera (Japanese: トップ Top), which derives from her roles as Top Champion and a chairwoman.
In the core series games
Geeta has a caring, wise personality and a calm, pragmatic demeanor. Her goal is to help Trainers throughout the region become stronger. She encourages the player’s growth and supports them in their goal to reach Champion rank. She also encourages their friendly rivalry with Nemona, herself a Champion-ranked Trainer.
As the chairwoman of the Pokémon League, Geeta manages the Gym Leaders and Elite Four of Paldea, having handpicked the current Elite Four lineup. However, some of the Gym Leaders working under her disapprove of her management style; Larry, who also works as a businessman for the Pokémon League, explicitly does not like Geeta, with one of the reasons being that she does not allow him to specialize in Normal-types as an Elite Four member. Katy, despite praising Geeta's skill, is dissatisfied with having to go easy on her opponents, with Geeta’s reasoning being that Katy's Gym is closest to the academy and thus will be many students’ first major battle. Tulip, meanwhile, says that “[t]hat bewitching aura of [Geeta's] overlaps too much with my own style.” Grusha gets nervous during her inspections because being a Gym Leader is all he has left due to his career-ending injury while he was a snowboarder. Ryme is unhappy that Geeta sends the player to meet with her instead of meeting with her directly, though it is unknown what she usually thinks of Geeta. However, Brassius, Iono, and Kofu all seem to hold no ill will toward her. Geeta annually inspects the Gyms by battling the Gym Leaders at their full strength.
Rika, on the other hand, praises Geeta’s strength, saying that “You won’t find a mightier Champion.” Additionally, as the chairwoman of the academy's school board, she also designed the first floor of the academy when it was renovated, with a focus on filling it with books.
Victory Road
After the player has obtained all eight Gym Badges and defeated the Elite Four, they can battle Geeta, the Top Champion of Paldea's Pokémon League, on the building's rooftop. The player emerges as a Champion-ranked Trainer upon victory, while Geeta and the Elite Four members congratulate the player. Upon exiting the building, the player is greeted by Nemona, who excitedly asks the player whether they have become a Champion already. She wants to immediately challenge them to battle, but Geeta reminds her that “Champions must be understanding toward their opponents” and advises she let the player rest before finding a more suitable battlefield.
★ Starfall Street ★
Geeta is mentioned, but not seen, in this storyline. After the player successfully completes Operation Starfall and reforms Team Star, Penny confesses to Director Clavell that she illegally hacked the Pokémon League's LP management system to reward them. Clavell brings Geeta to the academy to decide on Penny's consequences. However, the two ultimately praise Penny for her technical skills and Geeta recruits her into voluntarily helping her with engineering for the League, inviting Penny to work there after she graduates.
Post-game
After the player's adventure in Area Zero, Clavell and Nemona decide to host a Pokémon battle tournament to test the player's strength as a Champion. Geeta agrees to give the Pokémon League's support in sponsoring the event, but when Nemona invites Geeta to participate, Geeta is initially unable to do so as she is preoccupied by her imminent Gym inspections. The player agrees to do the inspections in Geeta's stead, giving her time to compete in the event, now named the Academy Ace Tournament, appearing as the player's final opponent when it is held for the first time. She can be battled as a random final opponent in subsequent Academy Ace Tournaments.
The Indigo Disk
After the player becomes Champion of the BB League, Geeta travels to Unova's Blueberry Academy with Rika to ask the player, Carmine and Kieran's assistance in venturing through Area Zero with Briar. She gives the player the Indigo Disk to access the Area Zero Underdepths before leaving with Rika. Afterwards, Geeta can be invited back to Blueberry Academy as a special coach, where she can be rematched with an altered team. She may also interact with other Trainers in the League Club Room; in one instance, Geeta, when talking with Poppy, discovers that Poppy is trying to draw a picture of her, which is a nod to Geeta's concept art.[2]

Pokémon Horizons: The Series
Geeta debuted in HZ046, being introduced as the chairwoman of Naranja Academy's school board to Liko, Roy, and Dot. She and Clavell explained the Terastal Training course to the new students and gave the three their own Tera Orbs. She later watched the battle between Liko and Ann along with the Paldea Elite Four.
In HZ055 and HZ056, Geeta appeared watching the Elite Four Tag Battle battles. During Liko and Katy's battle against Rika, Geeta noticed Grusha's interest in the young Trainer.
In HZ057, alongside Clavell, Geeta was introduced to Terapagos during a meeting with Friede, Liko, Roy and Dot. After telling them what she knew about the Pokémon, Geeta talked about Area Zero, and together with Clavell recommended that the group seek help from Raifort to find out more about Terapagos and Laqua.

Geeta was introduced as a Supporter card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the English Scarlet & Violet Series (the Japanese Scarlet & Violet Era). It was first released in the Japanese Ruler of the Black Flame expansion and the English Obsidian Flames expansion, with artwork by kirisAki. An ultra rare version with artwork by the same illustrator and a special illustration rare version of the card with artwork by DOM were released in the same sets. It allows players to search their deck for up to 2 Basic Energy cards and attach them to one of their Pokémon; the trade-off, however, is that none of the player's Pokémon can attack after the card is used until the end of that player's turn.
