Gladion (Japanese: グラジオ Glazio) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Silvally. He was first introduced in the story event, Family Ties. The sync pair can be obtained through the sync pair scout starting on September 14, 2020. The pair's potential can be upgraded to 6★ EX from when the pair was first released, which unlocks Gladion's EX Style.

- Gladion and Silvally are the first Legendary Pokémon sync pair that is only available via Sync Pair Scout.
Origin
Gladion's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon. Silvally is Gladion's signature Pokémon in the core series games. Silvally's Dex entries come from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
