Marnie (Japanese: マリィ Mary) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Morpeko. The sync pair can be obtained through a limited sync pair scout, and was first available on February 26, 2021.
Marnie is also available in her summer attire, where she forms a sync pair with Grimmsnarl. The sync pair could be obtained through a limited-time seasonal sync pair scout. Like Morpeko, this pair is able to upgrade to 6★ EX.
Marnie is also available in her Palentine's attire partnered alongside Mawile, which is capable of Mega Evolving. The pair could be obtained through a limited-time seasonal sync pair scout and was first available on January 31, 2022. This pair is also capable of being upgraded 6★ EX from when the pair was first released.
Marnie also forms a sync pair with her Toxicroak. This pair can be obtained by reaching Friendship Level 100 with Marnie in the Trainer Lodge. This pair could be raised to 6★ EX beginning on March 29, 2023, though this pair lacks an EX style.
Marnie in her Champion attire forms a sync pair with her Galarian Moltres. This pair was first made available through a limited-time Master Fair scout beginning on February 28, 2023. This pair could also be raised to 6★ EX since it released.

- Marnie also uses special voice-over lines upon winning a battle with Victor, Gloria, Hop, or Bede in the same team.
- In her Sync Pair Story, Marnie reveals she first met Moltres on the Isle of Armor, similar to how it's encountered in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
