Rachel (Japanese: チェッタ Chetta) is a character introduced in Pokémon Masters EX. She forms a sync pair with Umbreon. The sync pair can be obtained through the limited sync pair scout, and was first available on July 30, 2021.

Rachel, along with Sawyer, is one of Lear's subordinates. Despite his arrogant tendencies, Rachel respects Lear for his single-minded dedication.
In her sync pair story, Rachel reveals that she used to be an orphan girl before becoming one of Lear's maids.
