Description | Gloria is full of courage and up for any challenge. She is slightly mischievous and enjoys playing outdoors, and she loves curry just as much as she does Pokémon battles. |
Gloria (Japanese: ユウリ Yuuri) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Zacian. The sync pair can be obtained through a limited Poké Fair sync pair scout, and was first available on November 30, 2020. The pair's potential can be upgraded to 6★ EX, which unlocks Gloria's EX style.
Gloria is also available in her summer attire, where she forms a sync pair with Inteleon. The sync pair could be obtained through a limited-time seasonal sync pair scout. Like Zacian, this pair is able to upgrade to 6★ EX.
Gloria is also available in her dojo uniform, where she forms a sync pair with a Rapid Strike Style Urshifu, which is capable of Gigantamaxing. The sync pair could be obtained through a limited Poké Fair sync pair scout, and was first available on July 14, 2022. Like Zacian and Inteleon, this pair is able to upgrade to 6★ EX.
Gloria also forms a sync pair with her Thwackey. This pair can be obtained by reaching Friendship Level 100 with Gloria in the Trainer Lodge beginning on March 1, 2023. This pair could be raised to 6★ EX beginning on March 29, 2023, though this pair lacks an EX style.
Gloria is also available in her Gym Challenge uniform, where she forms a sync pair with her Cinderace, which is capable of Gigantamaxing. This pair can be obtained through a limited Poké Fair sync pair scout beginning on August 2, 2023. This pair can be raised to 6★ EX since it first released.

Trivia
- Gloria & Zacian are the first Generation VIII character and Pokémon to be added to Pokémon Masters EX, respectively.
- Gloria is based on the player character of Pokémon Sword, as she owns Zacian, Hop owns Zamazenta, and the two mention that they fought Eternatus alongside Zacian and Zamazenta.
- Gloria & Zacian has been available in more banners than any other limited non-Champion sync pair, having appeared in 18 different banners.
- During the story event Beachside Rivalry, Gloria reveals her Inteleon is the same one she traveled around Galar with.
- All versions of Gloria use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon) and victory with them. Those Trainers include Victor, Hop, Marnie, Bede, Leon, Sonia, Klara, and Avery.
- Gloria (Alt. 2) & Cinderace's passive skill Pasio's Ace may reference Cinderace's Hidden Ability Libero, which allows it to change its type to the same type of its last used move.
- In her challenge uniform's sync pair story, Gloria reveals that her Cinderace was raised from an Egg she got from Hop, and that it gained its Gigantamax potential by eating Max Soup.
