Pokémon Masters Animated Trailer
Erika appeared in the Pokémon Masters Animated Trailer, where she, a Beauty, and a Lass battled Scottie, Brock, and Rosa in a forest. Her group initially had the upper hand until Scottie's Pikachu used Thunder on their Pokémon, defeating them. Afterwards, Erika awarded him with the Tranquilty Badge and then joined his group on their journey.
Pokémon
Vileplume is Erika's only known Pokémon. Alongside a Beauty's Lotad and a Lass's Whimsicott, she battled Scottie's Pikachu, Brock's Onix, and Rosa's Snivy. However, Vileplume and her teammates were quickly defeated by Pikachu's Thunder.
Vileplume's only known move is Petal Dance.

Trivia
- Excluding Scottie and Bettie, Erika was the first Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX to form more than three playable sync pairs, as well as the first to form three tech sync pairs.
- Possibly as a reference to Sygna Suit Erika, Erika was revealed to own a Leafeon in the anime episode Suffering the Flings and Arrows!.
- Notably, in that episode, Erika appears in the outfit she wears in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, which is the same outfit that she wears by default in Pokémon Masters EX.
Origin
Erika's design is based on her appearance in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen. Vileplume is Erika's signature Pokémon in the core series games, being her highest-level Pokémon in the Kanto-based games, excluding Pokémon Yellow. Vileplume's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ruby.
Erika uses Tangela during her Gym battle with the player in the Kanto-based core series games. Tangela's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
Erika does not own a Comfey outside this game. Comfey's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
Erika does not own a Leafeon outside this game. Leafeon's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
