Ice Beam (Japanese: れいとうビーム Freezing Beam) is a damage-dealing Ice-type move introduced in Generation I. It was TM13 in every generation, except Generation II, where it is not a TM, until Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, where it was TM55. It became TM13 again in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. In Generation VIII, it is TR05.

Ice Beam inflicts damage and has a 10% chance of freezing the target
Generation VI onwards
Ice Beam's power was lowered from 95 to 90.
